A premier master-planned community with abundant amenities

Perched between Rancho Santa Fe and Black Mountain Open Space Park, Del Sur is a master-planned community that stands out in San Diego’s North County. Featuring a range of housing types for all walks of life and a highly walkable suburban environment with quick access to premier shopping, dining, schools and expansive nature preserves, Del Sur is a well-rounded area with much to offer and explore.
