"One of the biggest draws is the proximity to the freeway. It's also near Crow Canyon, which has everything you could possibly want for restaurants and grocery stores," Jenkins says.

Residential properties with over 4 bedrooms tend to cost between $1 million to $3 million. Sheep Shearing Day
The events in San Ramon are easily accessible from Twin Creeks. Many of them are held in Forest Home Farms Historic Park. One such event is Sheep Shearing Day, hosted by the San Ramon Historic Foundation.
