Most homes in Sansom Park are quaint ranch-style houses built in the ’50s or ’60s. Listings for under $175,000 tend to be small investment properties needing work. Renovated homes with new kitchens, flooring, roofs and HVAC units can sell for between $200,000 and $300,000, sometimes with lots as large as a third of an acre. New homes, too, are being built in Sansom Park through Habitat for Humanity.
