Bristol Manor is a lively, well-rounded community in Santa Ana

Homeowners get a little bit of everything in Santa Ana ’s Bristol Manor neighborhood. On its east side is the city’s Historic Main Street Business District, where small businesses like cafes and flower shops operate from buildings decorated with public art. On its south side, there’s a 17-acre park with tons of sports fields and a swimming pool. And its residential areas of mostly one-story homes have a quiet, suburban feel. It’s the flavor of a city, the coziness of a suburb and the relief of a community park all in one neighborhood. “It’s in a good location kind of close to everything,” says Matt Tilley, a Realtor in southern California known as The British Bloke. “It’s not too far from downtown Santa Ana, where the restaurant and music scene is. It’s a little bit further south, closer to the beaches and close to the 405.”

One-story homes and Spanish-style houses line the streets

Here, locals see a variety of one-story homes with two-car garages with front lawn pathways and white picket fences. People will also see Spanish-style homes with citrus gardens that look like they were drawn out of a storybook. Prices range from $500,000 on the low end to around $1 million.
