Topsail Hill Preserve State Park has secluded beaches, dune lakes and sand dunes that stretch for miles, as well as campsites and fishing spots. Cottages, bungalows and single-story homes can range from $850,000 to $2.75 million, while multi-level homes can range from $1 million to $4 million.
