Tucked away, but close to the action
Cloverdale is a small residential subdivision of Savannah, just 3 miles west of downtown, that, according to Karen Sawers, Realtor, ICON, M.R.P. with eXp Realty, LLC, who sells throughout the area, can feel a little tucked away. But this suburban pocket is more conveniently located than some might think. “One draw is that it’s close to the three major hospitals here, which is convenient for medical professionals. And it’s close to downtown Savannah, so it would be convenient for the film crews who shoot nearby. It’s an easy drive to a lot of the neighborhoods nearby," she says.
