Godley Station is a suburban enclave that offers easy access to Savannah, Port Wentworth and nearby Pooler — at an attractive price point. “Pooler has become the hot spot,” says Mike Renouf, a local Realtor with Landmark 24 Homes. “So this area is not only good for commuting because it’s close to Pooler, but it also has better prices.” Compared to Pooler, where the median sales price for a single-family home is $360,000, Godley Station has similar homes starting at $300,000. Godley Station is made up of more than 10 unique subdivisions, including condominium complexes, apartment buildings and the gated community of Godley Park. Homebuyers have plenty of options here.

Godley Station began to see development in the early 2000s. The Spring Lake, Waverly and Willow Point subdivisions feature Millennial Mansions with eclectic stylings on mid-sized lots often embellished by freshly planted oak trees and flowering shrubs. Other houses seen throughout the community are New Traditionals elevated by colonial or classical stylings, such as columns and porticos. Brick ranch-style homes, bungalows and Craftsman designs also line the streets of Godley Station. Homes generally range from $300,000 to $450,000, depending on the floor plan — and most have three or four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Condos and townhouses start at around $225,000.
Properties in the Highland Falls and Brookhaven subdivisions are grander in design, often having five bedrooms and three to four bathrooms. Common features include port windows, shutters, porticos with columns, cascading front steps, double- and triple-gabled roofs, and multi-car garages. Homes in these communities typically start around $400,000 and can go as high as $560,000.
