Godley Station
The many subdivisions of Godley Station
Godley Station began to see development in the early 2000s. The Spring Lake, Waverly and Willow Point subdivisions feature Millennial Mansions with eclectic stylings on mid-sized lots often embellished by freshly planted oak trees and flowering shrubs. Other houses seen throughout the community are New Traditionals elevated by colonial or classical stylings, such as columns and porticos. Brick ranch-style homes, bungalows and Craftsman designs also line the streets of Godley Station. Homes generally range from $300,000 to $450,000, depending on the floor plan — and most have three or four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Condos and townhouses start at around $225,000.Properties in the Highland Falls and Brookhaven subdivisions are grander in design, often having five bedrooms and three to four bathrooms. Common features include port windows, shutters, porticos with columns, cascading front steps, double- and triple-gabled roofs, and multi-car garages. Homes in these communities typically start around $400,000 and can go as high as $560,000.

Originally built for industry and to provide access to nearby ports, Jimmy Deloach Parkway gives residents quick access to the rest of Savannah and beyond. “With a 10- or-15-minute drive to I-16,” says Renouf, “it’s great for linking Highlands Boulevard to the rest of the U.S.” Additionally, Interstate 95 is only 2 miles away.
