The differing options around Isle of Hope aren’t confined to certain streets, either. “You literally can have a million-dollar house next to a $300,000 house,” Yannett says. “You can have a $400,000 house right across the street from a $5-million-dollar house. Prices in Isle of Hope can range from the $300,000s, for a ranch-style option under 2,000 square feet, to a few million dollars for a home on the water that’s well over 3,000 or 4,000 square feet.Fun on the water abounds

The marina runs along part of Bluff Drive, which is popular for leisurely strolls. “Everybody walks on Bluff Drive,” Yannett says. “That’s a world-famous street. I personally have never seen a prettier street. It really is something out of a postcard.” Residents can saunter along Bluff Drive and then cut onto Rosenbrook Avenue to reach Isle of Hope Swimming Club, whose pool is another community draw.Savannah-Chatham system serves area students
