Rustic charm minutes from downtown Savannah
The rustic charm of Woodville doesn't let on that it's less than 5 miles from Savannah's walkable downtown. This community was a mix of residential properties and agriculture since it was established circa 1870. Woodville transitioned from rural to suburban in the latter half of the 20th century, but it maintains bits and pieces of its bucolic roots, most clearly in its streetscape. Aside from the occasional rumbling of trains passing through, these streets are quiet, with woodsy pockets of mature trees buffering any noise coming in from Route 80 and the small industrial clusters due east and south. The community is central to main thoroughfares, public transportation, commercial areas and schools, making day-to-day transitions a breeze for its residents.
Residents can enjoy Kennedy Park's 6 acres of green space and sports courts.
Woodville is a partly residential neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah.

Bungalow-, ranch- and shotgun-style houses make up the area’s midcentury charm.
