19th and 20th-century colonials and modern contemporary styles
The neighborhood features a wide variety of homes, from 19th and 20th-century ranches and colonials to newer contemporary styles from the past 20 years. “There’s no big development happening in the area, what’s here is already established,” says Reiser. These homes tend to have long driveways with garages and sit on up to 20 acres of land. There are also several houses that sit along the Saratoga Lake, Fish Creek and Hudson River waterfronts. Prices vary heavily in the area depending on the age of the home and the lot size. Older homes typically sell for between $250,000 to $500,000, while newer properties typically sell for between $1 million to $2 million.
