Puget Sound vistas and exclusive residential living in Blue Ridge

Located in northwestern Seattle, this quaint community’s inception dates back to the late 1920s after the land was bought by the founder of Boeing. Now running strong with just under 450 homes, Blue Ridge is a thriving upscale community with an abundance of stunning single-family properties that line the winding streetscape. Michelle Santos, Broker with Compass, says, “One of the cool things about the neighborhood is that it’s all residential, the terrain is filled with rolling hills, so some homes have views of the Puget Sound.” She goes on to say, “It’s very private and secluded,” but still has a great community feel. “You’ll see kids playing in the streets, and sometimes you’ll see residents riding in their golf cars to have dinner with their neighbors.”
