Commuting on PSTA, Seminole Boulevard and I-275
Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority has a bus system known as SunRunners. Bus stops line down Ulmerton Road and Seminole Boulevard. Drivers also travel along these roads to get around the area. "While not a bustling city environment, you're central to get to other places in The Bay. You can get to Clearwater and St. Pete easily," Fulbright says. Traveling for 11 miles brings locals to Interstate 275; some residents travel the route to reach city centers for work. Downtown St. Petersburg is 18 miles away. Downtown Tampa is about a 24-mile drive from the neighborhood.Access to seafood places, Frida's, Target and Publix
Down Seminole Boulevard are seafood spots like J&K's Seafood Shack. Hungry Crab Juicy Seafood & Bar sits inside Largo Plaza. The shopping center has a Publix Super Market, a Target and more casual dining establishments. "I'd recommend Frida's Café. It's a bakery, and they have breakfast and lunch until 7. Super Sardo's Pizza on Ulmerton Road has excellent Italian [food] and pizza," says Roberta 'Bobbie' Kaplan, a Realtor with Sun Sand & Sea Homes Realty. The Pinellas Shopping Center awaits around 3 miles away in downtown Largo.Boating at Lake Seminole Park and Largo Central Park
Orange Lake Village is close to public parks and preserves. Lake Seminole Park, 5 miles away, provides waterfront access for boating and fishing. The grounds also contain play equipment and multipurpose trails. Largo Central Park and Largo Central Park Nature Preserve are about 3 miles north. The nature preserve is home to reptiles, rabbits and waterbirds; boaters visit the space to use the kayak launch. The park holds the Central Park Performing Arts Center, which manages the Largo Seafood and Music Festival. Driving down Walsingham Road for about 6 miles leads to the gulf front and Indian Rocks Beach.Smaller houses and manufactured homes in near Lake Seminole

There are also manufactured homes in the 55-plus communities of Holiday Shores and Lake Seminole Resort. Manufactured homes and condos range from $130,000 to $280,000.
