Single-family homes starting at $450,000

Winding streets give way to cul-de-sacs lined with cleanly mowed lawns and thin sidewalks bordered by trimmed bushes and trees. “Most homes are custom homes,” says Linda Honeywill, an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realty Homes. “But there is a lot of variety, and there are larger homes and small patio homes. Southridge has a lot of custom homes.” Homes are in the Colonial Revival and Craftsman-inspired styles with some custom homes on Southridge Drive. Newly constructed townhouses are close to the center of town and range from $750,000 to over $1 million. Condos range from $350,000 to $450,000. Single-family homes range from $450,000 to $600,000 with custom homes on Southridge Drive ranging from $600,000 to $750,000.

The Borough of Seven Fields hosts year-round community events

The Seven Fields Community Days Carnival is a four-day celebration held in June at Seven Fields Town Park. During this event, children and adults can enjoy live bands, classic fair food, and carnival rides. On the final evening, a 20-minute firework display draws crowds from all over Western Pennsylvania. “Something about Western Pennsylvania and fireworks,” says Smith. “It brings people in.” The Seven Fields Beer, Music and Wine Fest starts on July 13th. “We have vendors come in, and community members can enjoy live music and their favorite adult beverage,” says Smith. While the Beer, Music and Wine Fest is an adult-only event, the borough has something for everyone, offering food trucks and live music every Wednesday in August. Seven Fields Light Up Night closes the year with ice sculptures and reindeer planned for the upcoming winter celebration.
