Distant ridgelines encompass Seymour, a small community of about 16,000 people in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. “Seymour is convenient to all of the neighboring attractions and cities without being in the middle of them,” says Dustin Weaver, a local Realtor with The Real Estate Firm. “It’s got a small-town feel, there’s a church on every corner and mountain views wherever you look.”

Weaver notes Seymour’s location grants convenient access to neighboring recreational opportunities. “You can get to the Great Smoky Mountains in 20 minutes and Gatlinburg within 40,” he says.
