Wildwood is a suburban community directly west of Downtown Sheboygan and Lake Michigan. Bordered by the Sheboygan River on the south side, the neighborhood is close to many parks, recreation venues and public beaches, providing residents with many opportunities to enjoy fitness and the outdoors. “This is a more family-oriented community and there’s a park off the street,” says Tori Torris, who is a real estate professional at Re/Max Universal Realty with 6 years of experience. “The school system here is very good, which is definitely a plus to homebuyers.” The area is also close to Interstate 43, letting people easily access other coastal cities along the western shores of Lake Michigan.

Houses in designated flood zones may require flood insurance.
