Legends Ranch
Townhouses, patio and single-family homes
A brick-and-stone sign with a five-point Texas star greets those entering Legends Ranch from Rayford Road. After scanning past the 24/7 guarded gate, residents drive down quiet streets dotted with mature foliage as they wind around three artificial lakes. Along Legends Ranch Drive, pockets of townhouse-style duplexes and patio homes with two-car garages range in price from the low-$200,000s to the low-$300,000s. Other roads give way to New Traditional, modern transitional and classic Texas-style homes with one-level floorplans, some of which boast lakeside views. Attached garages, tidy landscaping and fenced-in backyards are common amenities. These single-family homes typically range from the $300,000s to the $600,000s. Legends Ranch's CAP Index Crime Score is 2 out of 10, compared to the national average of 4.A-rated schools and childcare options near Legends Ranch
