Although the houses may command attention, make no mistake, around here, it’s all about the mountains. “The mountains are a big part of Utah’s culture. In East Hobble Creek, you get the mountain views,” says J.D. Park, a Realtor with Vision Real Estate, who sells houses, manages properties and works with investors in and around the community. “Speaking to people that come here from out of state, one of the things they always mention is the mountains and how big and beautiful they are.” Blending tranquility, convenience and order, East Hobble Creek might be considered secluded, even out of the way, but nothing so severe a seven to 10 minute can’t close the gap between here and the rest of civilization.

Spotless and precise, East Hobble Creek homes sit neatly against a backdrop of the mountains. “The majority of what I sell are rambler-style houses and colonial moderns. Most of the houses we’re seeing now are modern,” Park says. Block after block, expansive houses share space, separated only by neatly manicured lawns. The median price for a single-family house in Hobble Creek is roughly $550,000, with homes generally selling around the $400,000 to $800,000 range.

Springville hosts Art City Days on the first Saturday of each year, a festival known for its parades, balloon festival, foods, entertainment and family-friendly activities.
