The best of South Shore suburbia
In Eltingville, residents maintain access to the facets that make New York City so attractive. “You have tremendous access to transportation to get to Manhattan or the other boroughs, and you’re between two neighborhoods that give you great shopping and restaurants,” says Frank Rizzo, who has over 20 years of real estate experience on Staten Island. This South Shore neighborhood also has a range of housing options, from garden-level condos and townhouses to mini mansions, creating a diverse market that, within New York City, is special to Staten Island. Multimillion-dollar waterfront estates cater to luxury tastes, and semi-detached houses with Atlantic Ocean views put dreamy locations within reach for smaller budgets.
