Drew Park is filled with everything from student housing and multi-family housing to single-family ranch-style homes and larger two-story homes. There are stucco homes and homes with siding. Single-family homes are most common, and prices range from $300,000 to $400,000. Homes can be anywhere from 900 to 2,300 square feet in size and were mostly built between the 1950s and 1970s. Leto High School received a B rating from Niche and was named after Ateo Phillip Leto, a well-known local educator. The school first opened in 1965 and was the first comprehensive high school in Hillsborough County. Hillsborough Community College - Dale Mabry Campus is another local amenity that offers students areas of study that include everything from Health Sciences to Computer Science to Culinary Arts.
