Streets are lined with sidewalks and dotted with trees, making the neighborhood walkable. The remaining four villages consist of townhouses, called villas, which are similar in design to the single-family homes here but a bit smaller and sit on smaller lots. Lawns are similarly manicured and trees and sidewalks are abundant. Single-family homes here have a median price of about $520,000 while villas have a median price of about $360,000.
