Driveways and two-car garages are standard. Front lawns are landscaped with grass and shrubs and backyards often feature cage-covered pools. Streets are lined with sidewalks and dotted with trees, making the neighborhood walkable. The remaining four villages consist of townhouses, called villas, which are similar in design to the single-family homes here but a bit smaller and sit on smaller lots. Lawns are similarly manicured and trees and sidewalks are abundant. Single-family homes here have a median price of about $520,000 while villas have a median price of about $360,000.

Families may opt to start their kids at Clark Elementary School, zoned to West Meadows, since it’s highly rated on Niche and located in the neighborhood. It serves about 900 students from prekindergarten through fifth grade and has a student-teacher ratio of 16-to-1.
