Laidback neighborhood a short drive from Mobile
Quiet, peaceful residences and a laidback southern atmosphere have kept families in Hillview for generations. "You're on the outskirts of Mobile County here, and this area of West Mobile is a huge region that's beginning to grow, especially after it was annexed into the county," says Realtor Brooks Beck with Beck Properties. Beck is a West Mobile resident who has been selling homes with his wife Hon Beck since 2021. "It's a quiet enough area where you can get a lot for the prices, but close enough to I-10 that you can easily hop on the highway to get into the city." The opening of Amazon and FedEx warehouses right outside the community is part of the area's growth, drawing more workers and families to Hillview and surrounding communities.
