14 miles south of Mobile on Interstate 10 sits Westfield, a neighborhood in unincorporated Theodore, Alabama. “I’d describe it as a rural area where people really like their privacy, and they like their land,” says Ginger Hagenberg, who has been selling homes for IXL Real Estate in Mobile for five years. “With that said, it’s not as country as some of the other areas; there’s stuff going on here.” The area is not walkable, as many of the homes are spaced out on large lots.
