Most homes in Quail Valley sit along wide streets with sidewalks and cul-de-sacs. Grassy front lawns adorn the properties, with decorative trees adding to the landscape. “One thing that differentiates our community from others are the lot sizes. Quail Valley typically has larger lots compared to the surrounding neighborhoods,” Lombardo says. Contemporary Craftsman homes built in the 2000s are common, with bright colors, multiple gabled roofs and a front porch area. Some of these homes are single-story, while others have multiple levels. New Traditional multi-story homes are another housing type, although these tend to feature Craftsman influences, such as pointed roofs and attached garages. Prices range from $550,000 to $775,000, depending on property size.Neighborhood parks, golf courses and green spaces

These green spaces are connected by a multi-use pathway that winds throughout the neighborhood.Over a mile south on York Street is the Northern Lights Ball Fields, where the Northern Lights Little League team practices and plays games. The area also has picnic shelters for spectators. Thorncreek Golf Course is almost 3 miles southwest and has a 9-hole public course. About 4 miles away is the McKay Lake Park & Open Lands. Fishing is allowed on the lake, and hiking and biking trails circle the area. Multiple nature-themed climbing structures make up a playground.High-rated public schools in Adams County
