Home to Ellicott Creek and the expansive Ellicott Creek Park, Parkview is as picturesque and aptly named as it sounds. Locals of this Tonawanda, New York, neighborhood relish that the peaceful, parklike setting extends to the leafy residential streets, which are empty enough that people are commonly out riding their bikes. Yet, a cornucopia of shopping and dining is less than a 5-mile drive away on Niagara Falls Boulevard. "It’s a nice, quiet, little area. There’s a lot of nature and it’s super convenient,” says Kathyrn “Trina” Schiavitti, a licensed real estate salesperson with HUNT Real Estate ERA, who grew up in the area. “Niagara Falls Boulevard has all the shopping you could need. It’s the best of both worlds.”
