"North Jackson was mostly built between the 1950s to 1970s," Price says. Because of the development during this time period, midcentury ranch-style homes are predominant throughout the area. Home prices vary greatly throughout the area, as options range from homes in need of renovations that can be priced between $20,000 and $100,000 to renovated homes and contemporary estates that cost up to $1.5 million.
