Get in the game at Noble High
Educational journeys begin at John Hubbard Elementary School, where the school posts updates on Facebook for activities going on at the school, like book fairs and spelling bees. The next stop on their academic adventures is Curtis Inge Middle School. Students can participate in sports like track and field, basketball and cheerleading. Teenage students will attend Noble High School, which offers band and E-sports, with the E-sports club live-streaming some of their games online. All three schools receive a B grade from Niche.

Native Spirits Winery is a local wine bar where locals can sample red and white wines. Head down to Norman for Sisters Mediterranean Taste for Mediterranean eats like falafel and shawarma. Neighbor’s Grocery is a grocery option for people to pick up handmade jerky and hot sauces. Residents will need to head north on Interstate 35 to find a Walmart Neighborhood Market, where people can go for their produce, deli meats and other groceries.

The neighborhood is about 40 miles outside Oklahoma City, so people still need their cars to get around the area and to OKC. “People can still commute to the city, and for some of them the commute is worth it,” Lovelace says. No public transportation is nearby, and the neighborhood could be more walkable.
