Little pocket in the heart of Tucson
Only seven miles southeast of Downtown Tucson, Corbett is filled to the brim with delicious, authentic local restaurants that are surrounded by mountain views. Its convenient location is attracting new construction. Normally, builders break ground on the outskirts of a town where there is more room and then have to wait for infrastructure to keep up, which can take years. “Little infill pockets like the Corbett area are really unique because it’s in the heart of Tucson,” says Jason Musgrove, a local Realtor with Pepper Viner Management Co. “The infrastructure, like shopping and restaurants, are already in place. That’s one thing that really stands out here.”

Ranging from ranch-styles to new constuction
Homes in Corbett are mostly brick ranch-style houses that range in price from around $230,000 to $375,000. They were mostly built in the 1950s and 1960s, but there is some new construction in a two-story modern design by Pepper Viner Homes. Many of the ranch-style homes have been remodeled and the more expensive homes have additional amenities like pools and patios. Carports and covered front porches offer a break from the bright Arizona sunshine. Lot sizes range from 7,000 square feet to just over a quarter of an acre. Homes are typically tucked behind metal fencing or stone privacy walls and spotted with cacti and other plants and trees sturdy enough to survive in the sandy landscape.
Newer builds are available in Corbett off of 29th Street.
