It might seem hard to believe that within 12 miles of the second-largest city in Arizona one can find competitively-priced residences with breathtaking mountain views. But, that is exactly what homeseekers in southeast Tucson will find in Coyote Corridor. Its desert location sits right between the snowy peaks of the Catalina Mountains to the north, and the Tucson Mountains to the southwest. Located in one of the most southeastern of Tucson suburbs, Coyote Corridor is surrounded by neighboring communities including Saguaro Canyon to the east and Rolling Hills Country Club to the north. As visitors enter Coyote Corridor they will better understand its name. The community sits along East Irvington Road, a natural corridor from Saguaro National Park to Tucson Mountain Park. To the immediate south is the desert – and the sound of occasional coyotes at night. Tanisha Knutzen, Realtor with AZ Skyline Realty for more than 10 years, and a native of southeast Tucson explains the appeal of Coyote Corridor, “There’s a special feeling of relaxed friendliness in eastside Tucson neighborhoods. People who grew up here tend to stay. They know the area well and don’t want to leave. Military families also love Coyote Corridor because it’s close to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and because there are a lot of kid-friendly things to do.”
