Locals have the choice of several developments within the neighborhood. Houses here are mostly sided by adobe, with short walls surrounding the properties and gated front entrances. The communities provide shared amenities, including outdoor pools, perfect for the Arizona heat. Some of the communities offer single-family stand-alone houses, while others have townhouses that share walls.
