Sun Tran bus service offers more than 40 routes across the metro area as well as express routes into downtown Tucson, which is about 15 miles northwest of Houghton. Residents often use taxis and limos to take them to Tucson International Airport, which is 17 miles west of the neighborhood. It’s a 10-mile drive west to Interstate 10, which connects to I-19 and several connecting state routes, including Highways 77, 86 and 210.
