A lot without leaving the block
Just five miles from Downtown Tucson, the neighborhood of Naylor has a lot to offer within walking distance. Part of the small block consists of neat rows of homes above and below a park. Lower-priced houses here tend to need some maintenance while the more expensive options have already undergone remodeling. On the western side of the neighborhood, there are churches, schools and restaurants — including an old school family-run diner. “Tucson is one of the only places to be a UNESCO's City of Gastronomy in the United States,” says Patti Scanlon, a Tucson native and Realty Executives Agent who has been selling in the area since 1992. “We’re known for diversity in our eateries.”
