Home to Pima Community College, this community provides educational resources and access to all the amenities of the city while offering comparatively affordable housing. “Pima is a great college— I went there for a couple of years,” says Realtor and former resident Ronald Huerta. “They’ve got a few campuses throughout Tucson. They have a great nursing program and are well known for their special aviation technology program.” Within the past few decades, the community has focused on developing accessible resources, particularly in the field of education, for residents and locals alike.

Ranch-style homes are common throughout the neighborhood
Roberts is formed by a grid structure, with a few cul-de-sacs peppered along the neighborhoods’ eastern side. Narrow sidewalks line the sides of broad streets on the backdrop of a palm tree-speckled desert landscape. The majority of homes have fenced-in backyards, either with chain-link or brick. Nearly all the houses are ranch-style homes, some with a Spanish Mission influence. The prices range from $150,000 to $300,000, with the average home selling for around $250,000. Homes with less than 750 square feet tend to sell for under $200,000 on average.
