Roberts is formed by a grid structure, with a few cul-de-sacs peppered along the neighborhoods’ eastern side. Nearly all the houses are ranch-style homes, some with a Spanish Mission influence. The prices range from $150,000 to $300,000, with the average home selling for around $250,000. Homes with less than 750 square feet tend to sell for under $200,000 on average.
