A front-row seat to Tulsa
Change is on the horizon in the Charles Page neighborhood of Tulsa, about 4 miles west of downtown. Known as a magnet for first-time homebuyers, Charles Page was a thriving single-family community when Jill Brewer, a Realtor with Keller Williams Advantage, moved there with her family in the 1970s. While the neighborhood has taken a downturn since then, there are signs of change and opportunity. “With the rebirth of downtown after many years of revitalization, the neighborhood has become a prime location to enjoy all that’s happening in Tulsa,” Brewer says. Close to the Tulsa Drillers ONEOK Field, the outdoor concert venue Guthrie Green, the Tulsa Arts District and Historic Greenwood, Charles Page gives residents a front-row seat to Tulsa’s most appealing attractions.
