Historic community along Cherry Street
Florence Park is a housing district within walking distance of Tulsa's famous Cherry Street. This neighborhood hosts residential streets of 1920s homes surrounded by four major roads and is less than 4 miles from the main action in Downtown Tulsa. “Recently, they revived Downtown Tulsa, which was practically dead except for a few downtown businesses, but everyone got in, and now we have fantastic restaurants and the Gutherie Center,” says Patricia Love-Renton, Realtor with McGraw, holding more than 25 years of experience in real estate. “Some of our buildings are unbelievable downtown, just the history of the building alone.” In the 1930s, Tulsa Little Theatre made history as the first community theater in America to produce the shows “Our Town” and “All My Sons.” Over the century, fires and rebrands have changed aspects of this theater, but its initial purpose of entertaining the public came full circle in 2005 with the most recent renovations.

These homes are sectioned off by subdivisions, but each enjoys open access to Florence and Pratt parks. Homes list between $270,000 for a two-bedroom 1920s home and $515,000 for a three-bedroom 1940s home.
