Quiet Tulsa suburb re-energized with new life
Six miles east of downtown Tulsa, Moeller Heights is a suburban solace where mid-century ranches lie on quiet streets. The Tulsa neighborhood is growing in the right direction, says Adam Callaway, Realtor with Keller Williams Advantage. “I would say that that neighborhood is kind of one of those that’s turned over a bit, meaning people are starting to buy, renovate and fix-up,” he says. With long-time residents moving away due to downsizing or retirement, the neighborhood has in recent years welcomed a lot of younger families and investors are bringing new life into the community. “It’s a cool little neighborhood,” Callaway adds. Close to parks and Expo Square, one of Tulsa’s biggest event and entertainment centers, Moeller Heights offers quiet convenience with easy access to the best of what the city has to offer.
