A variety of subdivisions with modestly sized yards
Laid out within the past 50 years, the neighborhood’s subdivisions feature winding, suburban streets that often end in cul-de-sacs or simple dead ends. They’re lined with a mixture of ranch-style houses from the 1960s and two-story contemporary houses from the 1980s. These houses sit atop 6,000 to 10,000-square-foot lots that have enough space for a well-manicured front lawn and a backyard full of trees. Pockets of this neighborhood feature newer contemporary houses built right next to one another on smaller, 4,000-square-foot lots. Other parts of the neighborhood have some ranch-style houses that sit atop lots that stretch across a quarter acre or more. These houses range from $350,000 to $550,000, depending on their age more than anything else. Some parts of this neighborhood have sidewalks, while others do not, so your ability to get around without a car varies from one subdivision to another.

This is a beautiful neighborhood and the people that make up this community are very kind and thoughtful people. We look out for one another. Everyone does a great job keeping up their homes and yards. We are hard working families who respect the community we have built. It is also convenient and close to amenities. I love living in Parkside.
