Home seekers may find condos in the Napili Sunset Resort ranging from $400,000 to $900,000, depending on location and square footage. “Vacation rental condos on the ocean are gorgeous,” says White. “The neighborhood has mostly single-family homes, ranging from two to three bedrooms, all within walking distance to the beach.” Palm tree-lined streets are common, and most residences have manicured front lawns with heavy foliage. Smaller, two-bedroom bungalows begin pricing for $1 million, while larger Polynesian-style builds can top $5 million.Fresh Hawaiian Produce
The Napili farmer’s market recently reopened in March of 2024 following an unforeseen closure due to the wildfires of 2023.
