A suburban community right outside the Boston metropolis
Hugging the southern border of Brandeis University, Roberts is a serene Waltham neighborhood ideal for those who need an easy route into Boston. In addition to the proximity of Interstates 90 and 95, residents are within walking distance of the Brandeis/Roberts Station. Here, commuters can take the MBTA commuter rail for direct access to Boston and Cambridge. Tucked between the Charles River and Stony Brook Basin while having Brandeis University as its neighbor, Roberts has a quiet and discreet ambiance with tree-lined sidewalks, a pocket park and playground and peaceful New England homes. “It’s a very small neighborhood in Waltham that not a lot of people know about,” says Mike DeStefano, a Waltham native and a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Realty with 13 years of experience.
