Warwick suburbs near T.F. Green Airport
Living in Hoxie is like having a little piece of the globe in your backyard. Undeniably, the presence of T.F. Green International Airport makes a mark on this neighborhood’s identity. But with its neatly gridded streets, this is also one of Warwick’s largest swaths of suburbia, with access to major thoroughfares for commuting and shopping. “This area is really appealing if you travel a lot,” says Stefanie Carr, a Realtor with Lila Delman Compass.
Modern residences in tree-decorated subdivisions
It’s not uncommon to find newer homes here, with some built as recently as 2022. These will be contemporary in style, with facades paying homage to classics like colonials and American foursquares. Inside the homes are modern aesthetics, too, like quartz countertops and open-concept layouts. Hoxie's single-family homes run from $280,000 to $450,000, varying by the square footage and lot size. The setting is quiet, lined with mature trees and dotted with neighbors that express complimentary styles like Cape Cods and ranches.
