Residential living north of main drag in Weirton
Tucked between the outlying hills of northern Weirton and the businesses of Pennsylvania Avenue, Culler Road is a prime choice for those seeking a quiet, comfortable lifestyle. Named after the essential road that snakes between the area’s residential lanes, the neighborhood balances the convenience of life near shopping and dining with the neighborly feel of the city's suburban streets and mid-century homes.
Ranch homes and Cape Cods in the Ohio Valley
Winding residential streets link to each other between alternating zones of flat land and hilly areas around the neighborhood’s namesake road. Ranch-style houses and split-levels are common housing styles here, while Cape Cod and Craftsman properties are present but harder to find. Homes mostly offer built-in garages, and many employ a drive-under format to adjust to the rolling landscapes of eastern Weirton. Most properties have two to three bedrooms and generally sell from $103,000 to $205,000. “Most of the homes here go under contract within 30 days,” says Lisa Hensley, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Mortimer Realty.
