Suburban living in the heart of West Fargo
Amidst the quickly expanding West Fargo area, Meadowridge is a suburban neighborhood that offers diverse housing options with proximity to many of the city's parks and local businesses. Walking paths curve throughout the neighborhood and connect residents to area green spaces and one another. Nearby, an array of shopping and dining options awaits beyond Meadowridge's borders. Lance Belisle, Recreation Director for the West Fargo Park District, comments, "Even though West Fargo is a growing community, it's still the kind of place where people are willing to help each other out. Meadowridge makes it easy to get together, whether for neighborhood events like garage sales or going out on bike rides with the family." With relatively affordable price points and a central location, Meadowridge keeps things community-oriented and convenient for folks living here.
Affordable suburban housing with multi-family options
The majority of homes in Meadowridge were built between the late 1970s and '80s and include a diverse mix of design options. Many homes here consist of single-family builds with traditional vinyl siding and spacious backyards surrounded by wooden fencing. In the cold winters, front-facing garages make it easy to get inside fast, while, in the summer, tree-lined streets and shady sidewalks add to the warm ambiance. With most homes accommodating four bedrooms in under 2,000 square feet, Meadowbrook also makes up for its relatively small floorplans with affordable pricing; single-family homes tend to sell from about $220,000 to just over $300,000. Cozy two- to three-bedroom townhouses, duplexes and quadruplexes are also available here and can sell from about $150,000 to $220,000. For those looking to rent, Meadowridge also features a handful of apartment options.
