Located just south of Sommerset on 13th Avenue, before they opened a storefront, they "Started off at community cookouts and competitions. Now lots of big families and people from out of town come in for our woodfired specials," says Isacc Brown, the restaurant host. Other spots like Ladybug Latte, features a small drive-through where folks can pick up a hand-crafted drink, or Sandy's Donuts which has been selling over 75 flavors of donuts since 1983. For groceries many head to the local West Fargo Walmart Supercenter or the Family Fare Supermarket.

West Fargo recreation for the community
When folks want to get active, Hulbert Aquatic Center is right next door to the neighborhood and offers courses like water aerobics, floating yoga and open swim times in its competition-sized pool. In addition to being the home base for three different high school teams, the aquatics center also contributes to West Fargo's sense of community by hosting college, state, and national swim meets that bring people in from across the country. For some time outdoors, people can head over to Elmwood Park to play baseball, basketball or volleyball. While kids play on the merry-go-round or mini-zipline.
