West Fargo is home to many locally-owned businesses like the Spitfire Bar & Gril. Located just south of Sommerset on 13th Avenue, before they opened a storefront, they "Started off at community cookouts and competitions. Now lots of big families and people from out of town come in for our woodfired specials," says Isacc Brown, the restaurant host. Other spots like Ladybug Latte, features a small drive-through where folks can pick up a hand-crafted drink, or Sandy's Donuts which has been selling over 75 flavors of donuts since 1983. For groceries many head to the local West Fargo Walmart Supercenter or the Family Fare Supermarket.
