Suburban living in a diverse, growing community
Within the rapidly expanding West Fargo area, West Side is an established, suburban enclave that's set up to be a comfortable and inviting home. "People in West Side tend to appreciate the area for its public schools and affordability," says Tammie Gerbet, a local property manager at Westbrook Apartment Complex. Over time, this recipe for quality of life has attracted a diverse community made up of a mix of both newcomers and long-time homeowners. "Our community has really become the quintessential melting pot over the last few years," says Tanner Olson, pastor at Living Hope Baptist Church. Even as the city of West Fargo continues to develop and change, the suburban tranquility and simple pace of life that's found in West Side continues to welcome newcomers to the area.
