Central to downtown West Palm Beach
In the heart of West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Lakes South neighborhood takes shape -- a triangle to be specific. This triangle contains homes for year-round dwellers, shopping centers on the western and southern sides of the triangle, a private high school and a few apartments and condos. “The main reason people move here is because it is central,” says Clemenceau Jeanite, a real estate broker at Clemcole Realty Investment with 17 years of experience. “It’s right in the heart of everything.” Downtown West Palm Beach is only two miles to the east, and several shopping centers are within walking distance of the neighborhood.
