The neighborhood was built in the 2000s, and each private community has features like clubhouses, pools, and secure gates. “The aesthetic is really appealing. The ponds, the lakes, the landscaping — the amenities are very desirable. More families are looking for ambiance, and that’s what you’ll get,” says Dwayne Barrett, a broker with Ibero Property Management & Real Estate Services. Single-family houses range from $450,000-$750,000, with a few homes offering more bedrooms and larger interior space for $900,000 and up. Townhouses and condos fall around $200,000-$350,000. HOA fees in the neighborhood are $200-$380 monthly.
