“The Ranch is the Hotel California of Colorado,” says resident Danielle Witte of the Westminster neighborhood. “Once people move here, they don’t leave.” The golf course community boasts pristine resort-style golf greens to premier dining at its country club, as well as semi-custom estates and stunning views. “Residents find a sense of community right away,” says Witte, an independent broker who has sold over 20 homes in the neighborhood. “People either move here because of the country club or become members after moving because it has so much to offer.”

Students in The Ranch may attend schools within the Adams 12 Five Star School District, including Cotton Creek Elementary and Silver Hills Middle, which both have overall Niche grades of B or higher.
