Booth/Handy Four Corners offers homes on winding, forested streets and properties on spacious lots overlooking the river. Most homes feature Cape Cod or colonial styles, but the area maintains a suburban feel with curving streets and neatly landscaped lawns. Cape Cods, built in the 1960s, cost around $600,000. History and nature meet at Westport Town Farm
“The community enjoys being outside, and there are parks and water features for activities in every direction,” Lori Medeiros, a Realtor with Home and Key Real Estate who has served the area for five years. Nature and relics of the area’s farming history can be spotted at Westport Town Farm, where residents can walk a one-mile loop through farmland and enjoy views of the Westport River. The East Branch of the Westport River flows along the eastern edge of the neighborhood so that residents can go fishing and boating. Those searching for more historical knowledge can go to The Handy House, a clapboard Georgian home built around 1710, for tours. Residents can walk the Handy House Heritage Trail, which explores the forest from the Wampanoag tribe and European perspectives.
