Buyers can find American Foursquare and cottage designs with original wooden siding or opt for a more modern ranch, spit-level or traditional home. "Some of the homes here haven't been cared for over the years, but others are very nice and really preserve their vintage feel," says Margaret Molnar, an area resident and Realtor with Fathom Realty. Smaller properties from the early 1900s tend to sell from $70,000 to $150,000, while more modern homes with over 1,500 square feet sell from about $150,000 to $270,000.
