Ohio County public schools in the area
Students may attend Ohio County public schools like Woodsdale Elementary, which earns an A-minus rating from Niche and is located just a mile down National Road. In sixth grade, students can move on to Triadelphia Middle School, which also earns an A-minus and is just 2 miles farther down the road. Wheeling Park High is just over 6 miles to the east of Fulton-Glenwood and also receives an A-minus from Niche. To learn about their area's unique history, students here can enroll in the History of Wheeling Course. This class is led one Saturday a month by the school's 2023 Teacher of the Year, Ryan Stanton, and is also free for the public to join.

When looking for groceries, Kroger is also nearby, located less than half a mile to the east along National Road.
