Reflection Ridge
Suburban Neighborhood in Wichita, Kansas
Sedgwick County 67205
New Traditional dwellings with Reflection Ridge Golf Club views
All housing in Reflection Ridge was built after the golf course opened in 1989. Oak-tree shaded cul-de-sacs are lined with New Traditional dwellings on quarter-acre lots, often unfenced and backing up to water hazards and sand bunkers. While most residential streets don’t have sidewalks, pathways surrounding the golf course are popular walking spots, and quiet, wide streets make jogging easy. Classical-inspired homes can have four to six bedrooms, while Tudor-style builds may feature half-circle driveways leading to attached three-car garages. Buying here can cost between $450,000 and $600,000, a range higher than a Wichita home’s average $250,000 selling price.Reflection Ridge Golf Club has more than just an 18-hole course
Reflection Ridge Golf Club members are privy to amenities other than the course. With numerous competitive swim meets, a Memorial Day barbecue and happy hours on Friday night, the swimming pool is a hub of activity throughout the summer. After a game on the tennis or pickleball courts, people can grab a meal at The Grille, known to host local beer tastings and watch parties for Wichita State University basketball games. “You don’t necessarily have to be a member of the club to live here, but the community does revolve around it, so it’s the main draw,” says Golden.Reflection Ridge is 3 miles from Sedgwick County Park, the city’s largest green space. Its 400 acres are filled with a 4-mile sidewalk system surrounding numerous fishing lakes and an art walk home to multiple Kansas-inspired pieces. Animal lovers will find over 3,000 species at the Sedgwick County Zoo. In the neighborhood’s southern region, All Star Sports is an amusement park where visitors can play over 60 arcade games, race go-karts or get a strike at the bowling alley.
Reflection Ridge is zoned for the highly rated Maize Unified School District

They may attend Maize South Elementary until fourth grade, continuing to Maize South Intermediate for fifth through sixth and Maize South Middle up to eighth grade. Lastly, students can go to Maize South High School, where they have over 20 pathway programs to choose from, including agricultural science, software development and graphic design. Off West 21st Street, Faith Academy serves kindergarten through high school students.
Locals enjoy leisurely strolls and proximity to Wichita’s Old Town
While Reflection Ridge residents often enjoy walking their dogs and driving around their golf carts, a car is necessary to get to major Wichita destinations. Interstate 235 is only 3 miles east, but locals won’t even have to hop on the highway to reach Wichita’s Old Town entertainment district, only 7 miles away. The Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport is 5 miles away on North Ridge Road, and the Ascension Via Christi St. Teresa hospital is equidistant on West 21st Street. Bus riders will find a few Wichita Transit stops sprinkled along the same thoroughfare.Eateries in Reflection Ridge range from hibachi houses to cigar lounges
The Reflection Ridge Plaza resides in the neighborhood’s southeastern corner, offering locals a few conveniences, like the Hot Asana Yoga Studio. It’s also home to Aroma, a coffeehouse owned by the Mennonite Brethren-associated Ridgepoint Church, which has been in the neighborhood since 1987. Reflection Ridge’s southwestern area also features the Regal Warren West movie theater and more locally owned eateries. Kobe is a swanky, hibachi-style steakhouse, and The Humidor is a moody cigar and cocktail lounge with a patio overlooking the golf course. Grocery shoppers will find a Dillons, Walmart Supercenter and Target 3 miles west in NewMarket Square, Wichita’s largest open-air shopping center.
